Meet Carrot--Oran and Lucy's first snowman. They have been waiting all winter to build a snowman. Today the snow was wet enough and Dad came home early and was able to help. It was perfect.
We have had several fun snowy days this winter. Oran and Lucy love to play in the snow. I am always the first one ready to come inside. Oran likes to make mazes in the snow and Lucy just loves eating it.

Oh that looks so fun!! I wish I was brave enough to take the kids out to play in the snow! Emma would love it! I love how Lucy was eating it! And how fun that Dan was able to come early and play!
I am intrigued about these mazes that Oran makes and Lucy eating the snow... we all love doing that and some of us never grow out of it. I am glad daddy got to make the carrot with them.
Just so you know, making a snowman is a lot of work. I was surprised at how much time it took just to make a snowman that size. Does anyone else remember it taking forever to make big snowballs? I seem to remember making some that were as tall as I was and don't remembering it being so crazy.
