Maybe it's because I am quickly approaching 30, I am not sure. I decided to go straight for a few days. It is the first time I have flat- ironed my hair. After a horrible straightening attempt in high school (involving chemicals and losing small tufts of hair that didn't work anyway), I had doubts about any straightening attempt. I am still in shock that it worked and I LOVE IT! I am so excited for all of the new possiblities this brings.
Just a note...The first picture is before cutting off 3 inches. Isn't that amazing - I cut off 3 inches but it is still longer than before.

oh my goodness...my jaw dropped. You have always wanted straight hair, and you have finally obtained it. After that poor attempt on the part of Tracy, I didn't think it was possible. Now if I could only get my hair to be as curly as yours for a day, we will both have achieved our childhood dreams.
P.S.-you should send a picture to Tracy and say...Take that, it is possible!
It looks awesome! Why is it that we always want hair that we can't have? Brooke hates curly hair and always wants me to straighten it. But it never looks good when I do it. You'll have to give me some tips!

Your straight hair looks great! Whenever I straighten my hair I always feel like a different person for a day or two. Hopefully it has the same effect on you (if that is what you want).
